Our pricing is straightforward and very simple. You pay only for what will be cleaned, meaning that carpet under a bed or under furniture is not counted towards your price. There are no square footage minimums here or the need to read any small print on the coupons. Just measure what you want cleaned and multiply it by our pricing:
Carpet Cleaning: $0.40 per square foot of cleanable carpet
Tile & Grout Cleaning: $0.49 per square foot of cleanable tile
Grout Sealing: $0.39 per square foot of cleaned tile grout (we must clean the tile before applying grout sealer)
Upholstery Cleaning: Due to the varying size, shape, and construction of Upholstery items, they will be quoted individually per piece.
Our minimum price for any cleaning will be $99.95.
