Steam Cleaning or VLM?
Babysoft Carpet Cleaning provides multiple cleaning options for our customers to provide them with all of the options, whether it be with our premier truck-mount hot water extraction (steam cleaning) method, or with our affordable “Very Low Moisture” (VLM) method, you will be sure to get exactly what you are looking for at the price that is right for your budget.
We do not partake in any kind of “Bait and Switch” or “Hidden Charges” tricks. At Babysoft Carpet Cleaning, we take pride in our reputation, experience, education, and systems. Inaddition to our “Very Low Moisture” cleaning method, we also utilize a truck mount steam cleaning machine, which is the universally considered to be the very best method at providing a true carpet restoration cleaning. Do not be fooled by companies that offer steam cleaning and only brin
g in low powered and ineffective portable machines. Not only is ours a truck mount machine, but it’s a “Butler” brand machine , which we consider to be the ultimate in truck mount cleaning machines. We use this machine for our carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaning and extraction. 
Our “Very Low Moisture”
or VLM cleaning method is a fantastic value for those looking to get a “maintenance” or “interim” cl
eaning done on their carpets. We have absolutely perfected the science of VLM cleaning over the years, and our customers with moderately soiled carpets like it just as much as the restoration truck-mount steam cleaning we do for them. Although, our VLM method is no substitute for restoration carpet cleaning (and we do highly recommend having a restoration truck mount steam cleaning done every 12-18 months).
Tile & Grout
We also cleanceramic floor tile & grout, and use our powerful truck mount machine with special truck mount attachment tools, chemicals, and brushes to properly clean and seal tile and grout.
We are a grout cleaner that has perfected the method over many years, so feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about how we will handle cleaning your tile and grout.
Upholstery
We also clean upholstered furniture with specialized upholstery cleaning tools and chemicals. We take our time to carefully precondition, clean, and dry all furniture pieces. Be sure to ask about fabric protection for your upholstery items as well, since it is important to re-protect your valuable upholstered furniture after we’ve cleaned them.
Some of our additional services include professionally applied Scotchgard / Stainmaster protector for your carpeting, pet enzyme treatment for pet stains, specially applied deodorizer for carpets that need a little extra TLC, fabric protector for your upholstered pieces, as well as doing carpet repairs like re-stretching loose carpet and re-seaming ripped seams.
